Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”)
The personally identifiable information (“PII”) we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. PII refers to information that may specifically identify an individual or business, and may include the following:

  • Names
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Mailing addresses
  • Job titles
  • Contact preferences
  • Contact or authentication data
  • Any other identifiers you may be prompted to provide in connection with accessing or using the Website and/or Services

Protected Health Information (“PHI”)
We may be required or permitted to use or disclose health information that may identify an individual and relates to their past, present, or future physical or mental health or condition, and related health care services. This is known as Protected Health Information (“PHI”), which may be generated when we provide care or health services. Please click here for disclosures and information regarding our compliance with the Privacy Rule of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA Privacy Rule”).

Non-Personally Identifying Information (“Non-PII”) Automatically Collected
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This Non-Personally Identifying Information (“Non-PII”) does not reveal your specific identity (such as your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This data is primarily used to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The information we collect includes:

  • Log and Usage Data: Service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and record in log files. Depending on your interaction with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, settings, and information about your activity in the Services (such as date/time stamps, pages viewed, searches, and other actions you take like which features you use). It may also include device event information, such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called “crash dumps”), and hardware settings.
  • Device Data: Information about the device you use to access our Services, such as your computer, phone, tablet, or other device. Depending on the device used, this device data may include your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.
  • Location Data: Information about your device’s location, which can be either precise or imprecise. The amount of information we collect depends on the type and settings of your device. We may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data, which may reveal your current location (based on your IP address). You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information by refusing access or disabling your Location setting on your device. However, opting out may limit your ability to use certain aspects of the Services.

2. DO WE USE COOKIES OR OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

Like many businesses, we collect information through cookies and similar tracking technologies. We may use cookies, web beacons, and pixels to access or store information when you interact with our Website and Services.

Cookies
Cookies are small files placed on your computer’s hard drive by the Website and/or Services to deliver content specific to your interests, save passwords, and for other purposes. Most web browsers have a “help” section that provides more information about cookies. Please refer to this section for details on how to receive notifications when you receive a new cookie and how to disable cookies. While accepting cookies is not a requirement to browse the Website, some areas and features of the Website and/or Services may require cookies to function properly.

The Website uses Google remarketing to advertise online using text or image ads across the Google Display Network. Remarketing allows us to show relevant ads to individuals who have previously visited our site when they visit other sites on the Google Display Network, which includes a group of over a million websites, videos, and apps where ads can appear.

For remarketing, a third-party DoubleClick cookie is used to enable ads like AdWords on the Google Display Network. When users visit the Website, a few lines of code place an anonymous browser cookie that records the site visit, without storing sensitive personal information like names or addresses. The cookie expires after a set period, typically 30 or 60 days.

We will not run remarketing ads that collect personally identifiable information (PII) or create remarketing lists that target users in ways prohibited by Google. Visitors may opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Ads Preferences Manager. Additionally, visitors can opt out of third-party vendors’ use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Web BeaconsWeb beacons (also known as clear gifs, pixel tags, or web bugs) are tiny graphics with unique identifiers embedded in the code of a webpage. These monitor traffic patterns, track users across different pages on our site, communicate with cookies, and help us understand whether you came to the Website from an online ad displayed on a third-party website. Web beacons also help improve the performance of the Website and/or Services.

Third-Party Tracking Technologies
Some content, including advertisements, on the Website and/or Services is provided by third parties, such as advertisers, ad networks, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Website. The information they collect may be linked to your personal information or used to gather information about your online activities across different websites and online services. These third parties may use this data to serve interest-based ads or other targeted content. We do not control these third-party tracking technologies or how they are used. If you have questions about ads or other targeted content, please contact the relevant provider directly.
