Front Office Receptionist
Kathy
Kathy Wilkins is one of the first people you will speak with when contacting our office. With a warm and welcoming personality, she makes it her goal to ensure that each patient has a wonderful experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. Kathy’s organizational skills ensure that the front desk runs smoothly. She has been working in the medical field for more than three decades and has been with our practice for over 10 years. Kathy believes in treating each and every individual the way she would want to be treated, and one of the things she enjoys most is seeing the happy faces of our patients when their treatments are complete.
Patient Care Coordinator
Christina
Christina Schardt is our patient care coordinator. With more than 10 years of experience in the medical field, Christina handles office and online patient communications, as well as educating patients on various procedures and services. She will answer questions and provide information about the practice and assist you in scheduling your initial consultation as well as surgery. After your consultation, Christina will discuss procedure costs, financing options, and help you with scheduling your pre- and post-operative appointments. Christina has a strong focus on treating patients with empathy and compassion, and makes clear communication with our patients a top priority.
Aesthetician
Mary
Mary Cantrell McAbee earned her aesthetic license from Pearson’s Beauty School in the late 1980s. In addition to her decades of experience, Mary has consistently pursued continuing education to expand her knowledge and skills with the latest advances in aesthetic enhancement, including treatments and techniques such as laser therapies, peptides, eyelash extensions, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, corrective makeup, and others. Mary believes it is both a responsibility and a privilege to educate patients on treatments and products that can help them achieve their desired results. Mary is attentive to life’s changes and other factors that can affect our patients’ skin. She strives to provide the best possible experience at each and every appointment.
Clinical Nurse Supervisor
Tina
Tina Ridgeway oversees the patient-care team. She is a Registered Nurse who has been part of the medical profession for more than 28 years and has been with our practice for over 23 years. Tina is a graduate of the University of South Carolina-Upstate. She strives to place the patient at the very center of everything she does, and believes that all individuals deserve not only exceptional medical attention, but also respect, dignity, and compassion throughout their journey. Tina’s approach to patient care is guided by a dedication to excellence, where attention to detail is a top priority. Seeing how excited and fulfilled our patients are with their results always puts a smile on her face. Tina and her staff take pride in providing warm, caring and complete service to our patients. In addition to her responsibilities as our Clinical Nurse Supervisor, Tina is a skilled provider of injectables such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM®, Dysport®, and Restylane®.
Nurse Practitioner
Kristen
Kristen Russell is our skilled Nurse Practitioner and is experienced with an extensive array of treatments and procedures. She specializes in neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, hormone replacement therapy, and laser treatments. Kristen also provides comprehensive pre and post-operative care and has a deep commitment to supporting breast cancer patients.
Nursing Staff
Our nursing staff works closely in the operating room with Dr. Lettieri and Dr. Kerekes. They include Registered Nurses and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, as well as Surgical Technicians to deliver appropriate patient care before, during and after surgery. Our dedicated staff has many years of specialized experience caring for plastic surgery patients.
Donna
Donna Brown is a Registered Nurse and has been in the medical profession since 1992, starting out as a Surgical Technologist. She later earned her degree in nursing and now has more than 20 years of experience in that role. A graduate of both Greenville Tech and the University of South Carolina-Upstate, Donna has devoted her career to helping patients meet their needs and achieve their goals. She is committed to treating patients like family, and to always remembering that every individual has their own unique needs.
Tracy
Tracy Staley is an experienced nurse who has been working in the medical field for more than 28 years, and many of those years have been spent helping patients right here at Carolina Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa. Tracy’s patient care philosophy is to provide optimal nursing care right from the initial consultation all the way through to the post-operative and recovery stages. Tracy strives to listen, show patients respect and earn their respect in return, and ultimately provide holistic care. One of the greatest joys she takes from working at our practice is being part of each patient’s life-changing journey.
Meagan
Meagan Birch is a skilled Registered Nurse who has been working in the medical field for many years. A proud graduate of the University of South Carolina-Upstate, Meagan combines her extensive training and expertise with a philosophy of care based on treating each patient with the same respect, compassion, and empathy she invests in those who are closest to her. Protecting patient’s rights, considering both physical and emotional needs, and ensuring that patients feel that they are collaborative partners in their treatment plans are all important parts of Meagan’s approach to care.
Scrub Techs
Erica
A Certified Surgical Technologist with more than 25 years of experience in the medical profession, Erica is a graduate of Spartanburg Community College. The foundation of her patient care philosophy is treating all patients like they are a member of her own family. Erica understands that individuals who choose Carolina Plastic Surgery as their treatment provider are placing their trust in her and all members of our team. She believes it is very important to treat our patients with kindness and respect, while simultaneously providing them with the absolute best care possible.
Melissa
Melissa Flood is a Certified Surgical Technologist who has been working in the medical field for over 24 years. In fact, nearly two decades of that time have been spent working right here at our practice. Melissa believes in providing compassionate support that focuses on both the physical and emotional well-being of our patients. Respect, empathy, and building trust through open communication are at the heart of her approach to care. Additionally, Melissa believes in the importance of tailoring care to each individual’s unique needs. Seeing the way patients gain confidence and feel better about themselves is one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.
Medical Assistant
Nicole
Our skilled Medical Assistant, Nicole Ballard, has more than 11 years of experience in the medical profession and is a graduate of Greenville Tech. Nicole loves the fact that everyone at our practice is a team player and espouses the same overall philosophy of care: treat every patient like a family member. Nicole has found that all members of our staff do not hesitate to help one another, which ultimately helps us enhance our service to patients, as well.
Practice Manager
Tina
Tina Ranhosky is the practice manager for Carolina Plastic Surgery. She has worked in the medical field for more than thirty years, and she has been with our practice for nearly 10 years. She works with all the staff to support the practice. Tina trusts her expert staff to care for the patients while she concentrates on management, marketing, human resources, and insurance matters. Tina works closely with the insurance companies for procedure pre-certification and to determine out-of-pocket expenses. She oversees all functions of the practice to help provide the best experience for our patients. With an overall approach to care rooted in compassion and dedication to our patients, Tina strives to ensure that the highest quality of care is delivered respectfully and efficiently. She is incredibly proud to be part of the team here at our practice and is constantly inspired by the dedication and compassion everyone brings to their roles.
Administrative Assistant
Emily
Emily Blackwell is our office’s skilled Administrative Assistant. In addition to her expertise with Office Management, Emily has experience as a Certified Medical Assistant and has been working in the medical profession for many years. She firmly believes in treating people the way she would want to be treated and strives to provide a warm, welcoming environment for all of our patients.
